New Sport Added to Valencia

After careful consideration, Valencia High School will officially be adding a new sport that will fulfill both P.E. and Elective credit requirements. The new sport has actually been adopted from a popular social media trend that has been circulating for almost a year.

The looksmaxxing tournament is set to take place every winter, and our highly decorated new coach, Marlon Lundgren Garcia, says that he will host 2-hour practices every day, and his players will be “mogging everyone”. 

For those who aren’t familiar with looksmaxxing, it is the practice of improving one’s physical appearance through a variety of different methods. 

There are no tryouts, as everyone will be accepted onto the team as long as they fill out the form that can be found in everyone’s emails. 

The judging criteria will be based upon a few key aspects. Traits such as a sharp jawline and smooth skin will help contestants acquire points. Special tools such as gua sha or ice rollers will be very beneficial to contestants if they want to excel in these categories. 

With the new addition of looksmaxxing into Valencia Sports, it will be exciting to see who will separate themselves from the rest of the pack!
