Here’s a delicious recipe for Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies:

Ingredients

For the Red Velvet Layer:

• 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted

• 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• 1 tablespoon red food coloring

• 1 teaspoon white vinegar

• 3/4 cup (95g) all-purpose flour

• 1/4 cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Cheesecake Layer:

• 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

• 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar

• 1 large egg

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven:

• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

• Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

2. Prepare the Red Velvet Layer:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.

2. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, red food coloring, and vinegar. Mix well.

3. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold until fully combined.

4. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the red velvet batter for the swirl topping and spread the rest evenly into the prepared pan.

3. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

1. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until creamy and well combined.

3. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the red velvet batter in the pan, spreading it evenly.

4. Add Swirls:

• Drop small spoonfuls of the reserved red velvet batter onto the cheesecake layer.

• Use a toothpick or knife to create swirls by dragging it through the batter.

5. Bake:

• Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

6. Cool and Serve:

1. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.

2. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours for cleaner cuts.

3. Lift the brownies out using the parchment paper, slice, and enjoy!

That concludes our holiday recipe list. We hope you enjoyed it!
