Poll Question: "If you had to pick one genre of music for the rest of your life, what would it be?"

If I had to pick one genre for the rest of my life it would be pop because a lot of artists fall under the pop genre so there would be a lot of variety

Freshman, Jillian Hibly:

Probably pop, because the idea of pop music involves constantly changing with each new pop song that comes out which I think makes pop like so refreshing because it's really just new music every time other genres stick to that.

Sophomore, Alina Yanovsky:

I'd have to pick metal because it's very versatile and sometimes there's vocals and then it goes back to screaming.

If I had to listen to only one genre of music for the rest of my life it would definitely be R&B. This is because I always love the beats and no matter what song or artist it is, there is always a singular topic that is the main focus of the song.

R&B because that's the only kind of music I listen to.

R&B, because it is really versatile and can easily be listened to for any occasion. The variety also makes it good for matching any type of vibe that I want. I’ve been listening to R&B for years and I never get bored of it so that’s why I’d say that I could only listen to it for the rest of my life.
