Class Pets at VHS

Class pets are coming to Valencia High School! With the research that students have provided to the administration, they have been convinced of the positive effects that class pets can bring. The class pets can range from fish, lizards, snails, hamsters, chinchillas, birds, and snakes. The way that you can gain a class pet, is by your class not having any restroom fines. The classes with the least amount of unpaid fines get a bigger range of choices for which animal they would like for their class pet. The school would love to provide class pets for everyone, but due to funding, only the top 20 classes with no bathroom fines will have class pets. Good luck, everyone!

Morp Comes Back?

Rumours have been swirling around that Morp can come back to replace Prom this year. For those who don’t know what Morp is, Morp is a more laid-back type of hangout with friends rather than a more romantic party with your partner. Morp can feel more like an afterparty that relieves both the stress of dressing up and the affordability of the event. Since fewer people have been attending school events, there have been talks of Morp replacing Prom to lower the cost of preparing the event and to try to get more people to come to a chiller afterparty rather than a big party. Be sure to keep updated on the event.

Senior Assassin has Begun!

Senior Assassin has been brought to VHS! Senior Assassin is a game where seniors can compete in a fun game to win money. Seniors eliminate designated people with water; any other liquids will result in termination of the player who used it, but can be considered invincible when wearing certain accessories. Those accessories are arm floaties, which must be blown up and visible, as well as swim goggles that must be worn around the person’s head. But be warned, the accessories can only make you invincible for certain time periods; the ‘deathmatch’ time period means that accessories will carry no power. May the best Viking win!
